DWCS3: Spry Date and EUR Format?

Hi NG,

i get Data from XML. My Date looks German like 20.01.2009.

1. How can i change the format to 01/2009 ? Must i use a function to
change the value? Any sample for spry beginner ;-)

2. Its a little bit the same problem. My price comes from XML like
10000 and i must change to German style like 10.000 ...

3. Question:
When my site is loading, its shows at first my place holder like
{price} .... after some seconds its loading datas with no
coment...than the stuff works...
How can i implement a preloader or make sure, that it is not showing
placeholder?



Sorry - im new in Spry... and i can not find mutch information than
the basics...
