DW CSS upgrade suggestion ;-)

Following my first serious attempt at CSS-P, i have decided an upgrade to
DW would be great. I've done all the hard yards, sketching the broadstrokes
of the upgrade. :-)
Perhaps the 'detail' people at MM could just dot the i's and cross the t's
for me? Tks.
