Nest image properties in TD background image - How

Folks, I have an image using a reflection by way of javascript call, but I want
the image (with the reflection) to be the background of a table. I just don't
know how to nest properly for the background of a td tag. Below is my image
call outside of the table:

ropacity20" alt="" />

Murrya, in the head is:

<script type="text/javascript" src="scripts/reflection/reflection.js"></script>
and in the body is:

<img src="tcdisturbance2.png" width="947" height="290" class="reflect
ropacity20" alt="" />

it works fine as just using an img tag, but I don't know how to use this
within the background feature of my table.

Won't work as a background image. Sorry.
