DW CS won't start

DW CS hung on shutdown. On restart it hung on a "white screen of death". I
deleted the configuration folders. Repaired from control panel>add/remove
program. It worked once, but has hung again. This time on Repair from control
panel>add/remove program after deleting config folder all I get is the "white
screen of death".

Any ideas how to fix this?
