Default Is this a DW bug on the Mac? - 09-16-2005 , 08:28 AM

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has had the same problem: the Assets tab does not show 'Files' (sometimes). Can anyone advise?

Thanks!

Hey Murray,

no it doesn't. I can get a screenshot if you'd like (not sure whether I can attach one to the forum).

I'm trying to understand what you are asking. Is your Files panel expanded?
DW8 allows you to expand that panel now, the same way you can on the PC.
When it's expanded, it doesn't appear in the same group containing the
Assets tab.

The Panel sometimes is marked with the name 'Assets', instead of 'Files' (which
is a known bug in DW-Mac, according to the 'training from the source' book.
Within in, there should be two tabs: Assets and Files. The 'Files' tab
sometimes does not show, only 'Assets'. I have not search the DW db for
answers. Maybe it's been reported. What bugs me is not seeing the files,
obviously.

As I said - is your files panel expanded?
