DW 8 not recognizing CSS file

Yesterday I went to create new pages on some of DW sites only to find that the
templates (on multiple sites) were not working properly. It's obviously not
recognizing the CSS file and looks like hell inside of the program itself.

However, when I upload the page, even a new page, everything works just fine.
Makes no sense. No changes were made, yet it is not recognizing anything. I'm
having a low-to-medium sized freak out here, so any help is appreciated.
