Duplicate Name and Id Attributes

Hi,

This is something that's been niggling away at me for a while. I'd
really love the ability to have DW automatically duplicate the 'name'
value in form elements as the 'id' value. Has anyone come across a way
to do this (by tweak or extension, perhaps)?
