Dreamweaver's Windows/tabs locked???

I had been working in Dreamweaver for about 10 hours; when I no longer could
move the open windows by clicking and dragging the top of the window's title
bar. Is there some key stroke I did that locked the opened window? The panels
were also non-moveable. I could not access the tabs to get to other windows; I
had to use the window>"open window name" and click it to bring it up. the
panels were locked in their locations; I could expand and collapse them, but
not move them. I am confused by this behavior. Can anyone offer me some help?
