Dreamweavers file access and interface

Is there a patch to fix Dreamweavers file access and window control bugs? I am
regularly prevented from deleting or moving folders and files on my local
machine because they are 'still in use' by Dreamweaver, despite there being no
files open or in use at all - is there a patch to fix this? Also, macromedia
programs all have the same basic scrolling bug (where a window scrolls to the
top if there are any files below the viewable area of the window) that makes
editing and development of large sites extremely awkward - I spend half my time
scrolling back down the page to find the next file I want to edit. Is there a
patch for this bug also?
