Dreamweaver won't start

Dreamweaver will not start on my ibook.
Background:
A month ago my ibook crashed and would not reboot. I had to re install OSX
and recover my programs and files. I had Dreamweaver installed on the machine,
and ran it before the crash. Now Dreamweaver won't start- I don't get the
splash screen or any indication that it is even trying to start. I have
cleaned everything off the hard drive having to do with Macromedia and
Dreamweaver, and re intsalled the program. It still will not start, but I do
get the pinwheel for a few seconds. I check the system log and console log for
error messages and there were none. Is there any place else I can look? I need
to know how to get Dreamweaver running on my machine again.
