Dreamweaver version 5 or 6?

I've been shopping for a used copy of Dreamweaver on ebay because I'm cheap.
I'm confused by something. Can someone tell me why there are people selling
"Dreamweaver 4", but no one selling "Deamweaver 5" OR "Dreamweaver MX 6"?

I figured I could buy an older version, then upgrade to MX 2005 later on, if
need be...

Dreamweaver 5 or 6? There was Dreamweaver 4. But then there was the jump to
MX with the updater and now MX2004 with the updater which make it version
7.0.1

As for you upgrading to MX2005 (not sure if that's what the next version
would be called) your best bet is to get MX2004 and then upgrade to a newer
version (whenever it comes out).

If you're a serious developer/designer Dreamweaver 4.0 is dead and buried.
Little wonder they're flogging it on eBay.
