Default Dreamweaver pop-ups - 08-10-2003 , 01:53 PM

I'm trying to figure out how to create what I call a pop-up window...

For instance...when you clikck on a thumbnail (pic) and the very same picture "pops" up in a separae window - a separate SMALLER window. I'm thinking that this feature is a JavaScript program, not sure though.

Does anyone know how to do this? I'm going to purchase a separate book on DMX (the insturctions in Studio aren't thorough enough).

Thanks for all l(anticipated) commetns...

click on the image- go to design tab left side > behaviours > click on plus sign > open browser window > set dimensions and link to the image. fiddle a bit with the dimensions etc and it works ok.

That'll show the path to the image as the page's title. A better
solution would be e.g. to use the JustSo extensions:
