DreamWeaver opens old page.

Got a question. When I update a page to be viewed on my local server in
dreamweaver, it never reflects
the changes until I clear the cache of the browser. I know, change the cache
to 0. I already have and I
still get a copy of the old page. Is there a work around for this? Or is it
something I'll just have to put
up with? Thanks for the help.
