Dreamweaver not opening - error

Can anyone help me on what to do if Dreamweaver won't open up and I completely
uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and I am getting the same error. I thought
the problem was an extension I downloaded, but I uninstalled the extension and
that didn't do it. There are no other programs etc. that I have added to the
computer, so I have no idea what the issue is - any help or suggestions would
be much appreciated.

Hi - alright I uninstalled and reinstalled several times w/ no fix - then I
uninstalled completely from the studio 8 disk - user preferences and everything
- so a complete uninstall - then I reinstalled to a different location on the
hardrive - instead of c: program files: macromedia - I re-installed to c:
program files, not in the macromedia file - so I am not sure which of the two
solved the problem, if anyone runs into it.
