Does anyone know how to make Dreamweaver access a MySQL Data source when it claims it is not able to it says an unidentified error has occured

Do you use a remote PHP server or local PHP server? Is it still the same problem with installing SP2 for XP machine? If you are using remote server, what OS is the server running on?Thanks!
