Dreamweaver MX Installation problem

I'm using Windows XP PRO SP2. I reinstalled my operating system and now
I can't get Dreamweaver MX to load, either the original version on CD or
the 6.1 update. Fireworks MX and Flash MX load correctly but Dreamweaver
hangs on the splash screen. Previously I had this problem when trying to
use a limited user account but now I only have one account with full
administrator privileges. Any suggestions to what I can do?
