Dreamweaver MX Fatal Exception Error

Hello: All of a sudden (within the last week or using this program for 5
years) I'm encountering a fatal exception program shut-down after I duplicate a
page in my local site, rename it and press enter. The act of pressing "enter"
is causing the program to terminate. It happens every time I do this, and I do
this often as I duplicate and rename existing pages rather than create new
ones. I have no idea why it's doing this. I have changed nothing on the
system or in the program. I'm running Dreamweaver MX (upgraded to 6.1 three
years ago) on a Windows XP system that has remained the same for years. No new
software or hardware has been added. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not exactly sure what you mean by "duplicate" but as a workaround, have you
tried "save as"?
If all else fails, you could close DW, and copy/rename your local file(s) in
Windows Explorer or the MAC equivalent program.

I "Duplicate" by using the local site window, highlight an existing html page,
right click it and choose duplicate. It creates a file named "copy of
gvbb_orr.html" (or whatever page I've chosen) and places it at the bottom of
the file list. I right click it and choose rename and rename it as another
page. If I do this in the remote window, I have no problem. I could do 'save
as' but as soon as I rename it and press enter, the same thing happens. The
problem has to be new since it's never happened before and I've done it to a
thousand pages over the course of 5 years and 12 web sites. I just can't
figure out what happened to cause it. Thanks.
