Dreamweaver MX

Hi All,

I have just built a basic site for a friend using Dreamweaver MX.
The site was built using a template with 2 basic areas.
1) Editable - Body
2) Non-editable - navigation/ footer etc.

My friend wants to make all future changes to his site, so basically my
question is, will he need Dreamweaver MX also or will he be able to make
changes with ANY other html editor.
