Dreamweaver MX 2004 won't start

Since upgrading to Mac OS 10.3.6 I can't use Dreamweaver MX 2004.

It just hangs on start up.

I've had a look around the forums and I installed the updater and the hot fix
thingy, but the problem remains.

When I start it just bounces in the dock once - then nothing. When I
ctrl-click on it it says "Application not responding' and I have to force quit.

I'm right in the middle of a big project so the timing of this couldn't be
worse.

If anyone has any ideas I'd really appreciate it.
