Hello, I recently started learning HTML and I decided to use Dreamweaver as my web editor. I purchased the ME version (Middle Eastern) to have the ability to type Right to Left langauges such as hebrew and arabic. When I use photoshop ME I do have the ability to switch from left- to -right to right - to - left with a single button click in the text tool. It seems I'm abit lost in Dreamweaver. Thanks, Alon. |

Alon, Don't know if you're still wrestling with this but seems like you need to load and select arabic fonts in DW first. Then, when you select that font, DW inserts the following tags: <p dir="rtl">some arabic text</p>. It displays correctly in a web browser but not in DW design view. I can accomplish this with notepad. I went back and double- checked to make sure that I downloaded the right file from adobe after I looked at this. This and the fact that there's no additional info for Middle Eastern languages in the help files makes me really wonder is the supposedly arabicized version of DW is worth the $400 surcharge.
