dreamweaver licence?

Hello group,

some questions:
is it OK to buy a version of dreamweaverMX from ebay?
When this version is already registered by the seller, is it possible for me
to register on my own name?
What about the licence? Does the licence have a name of the owner on it?
How can I be sure it's not an educational version?

Some other things I need to consider?

Lots of questions, hope anyone can answer some for me.
