Dreamweaver error for my mac

Hi, i'm running a power mac g4 with mac os 9.2 on it. I recently
installed dreamweaver mx onto it and i get an error immediately at
start up. The error states "no document types have been found. The
application will exit now." I have uninstalled this program,
formatted the hard drive, reinstalled the program and i still get this
error message. I was wondering if someone could help me.
