Dreamweaver Equivalent to Frontpage Parameter

Does Dreamweaver have the capability to easily use a parameter similar
to FrontPage?

In FrontPage you could save email address, phone number, etc, as
variables and change the variable details without having to upload all
the pages where the variable is included on the web page.

Let me get this straight.

You are listing email addresses and phone numbers on the Web.

Unless it is a secure site I'd suggest you rethink the plan.

As to your question about data updates. If you use includes it isn't a
problem, but I'm not sure exactly what you are doing or how Front Page does
it. To get a reasonable answer you'll have to clue us in on how FP writes
the page (is it an include?).
