Dreamweaver doesn't start

I'm using 10.3.5, OSX. As part of MX Studio, I've got Dreamweaver installed.
When I double click the icon, the spinning pinwheel begins, lasts for about a
minute. The application never starts up. What's going on?:confused;

I'm having the this problem.
I re-installed it several times but no ways to fix the problem.
I bought Dreamweaver in retail. Everything runned for a long time before it stopped.
I'm looking for a solution!
