Mac OSX 10.3.6 I hope some day Macromedia can make a non crashing program. Dreamweaver MX 2004 crashes every time I work in the Results-Link Checker window. It's miserable! FreeHand MX crashes constantly. FireWorks MX 2004 doesn't work with a Wacom tablet and it can't save because it says it out of memory. What the bleep? This is OSX. How can it be out of memory? |

And of course, you need at least 512Mb SDRAM. |

There's a big chance that it's your own os that isn't healthy. Apart from regularly running the cron-jobs, re-prebinding and permissions, you must run permission before AND after each software installation. You also need to make 100% sure that all USB-devices and other hardware (in particular memory sticks) is absolutely compatible with your setup. Another issue that is causing "unrelated" problems and giving people migraine is corrupted or incompatible font files. And of course, you need at least 512Mb SDRAM. So, check all the stuff above. -- Dan Vendel - *GOF* "Eagles may soar, free and proud, but weasels never get sucked into jet engines." Thanks for the suggestions. I don't have that kind of time to troubleshoot, and why should I have to? I have no problems with my other programs, just my Macromedia programs. I say Macromedia needs to do a better job. in article co7da6$q3$8 (AT) forums (DOT) macromedia.com, Dan Vendel *GOF* at see_my_signature_ (AT) _the_bottom_of_the_po (DOT) st wrote on 11/26/04 8:07 AM: Mac OSX 10.3.6 I hope some day Macromedia can make a non crashing program.
