Default Downloadiing an image - 06-28-2004 , 10:08 AM

Hi Guys,
I have a simple one for you, how do I allow users to download images by simply
clicking on them? I don't want them to have to select, left click, right click
or any of that stuff. I just want them to click it and have a download box come
up. Can anybody help?

Oh! and thanks for the answer to my last stupid question, it works great.

You could always zip the image you want to be downloaded and make the
clickable image the trigger...

Are you sure all your visitors want to download them to disk? Maybe some
want to view them in the browser before storing ...

In most cases it will work with zipping the file, but tell me - what is
easier for the user:

* right click on image, save to disk
* left click, save to disk, open explorer, change directory, unzip file

Just my 2 cents

Micha
