Distributed Website.. ???

Hello All,

I have a small question. I have free webhosting which support upto 40mb. In my
website I have few asp and access database. When i tried to host that website
on my free webhosting i came to know its not supporting asp and databases. So
now a days i am thinking to purchase hosting. I visited alot of site but they
all are very expensive. Suppose if i want to host my asp pages and database on
the purchase one and rest of the html one on my free webhosting what shall i Do.

is there any cheap web hosting. I saw all are mormally charging 7 US$ per
month which is very expensive for my small website. So i want to know is there
any way i can distrubute my html pages and asp pages. I mean asp pages will run
from the purcahse website and rest of the html pages will run from free web
hosting.

Need your suggestion to solve my problem.

If you have simple html pages then they can be located anywhere, however any
asp pages will need to be on the same server as the database.

My question is how can i distribute my asp's and html. like how can i link
both of the. what code i have to write. where i have to mention the server
location. my home page and inner page templates are using this /detail.htm and
/guestbook.asp i have a project which contain both pages. what is the path i
have to mention. suppose a user want to click on detail.htm it will browse from
free hosting and if he click on asp then the use should be redirected toward
purcahsed hosting.. who can i write the code to those linke. what code should
be behind the link that's my question.

You will have to use absolute links which will include the full address of
the page if you have a link that is shifting server. Furthermore if you have
a domain name associated with the hosting this will only work for those page
on that machine, so a link to the other machine will probably have to
reference the IP address.

To be perfectly honest it will cost you less in the long run to place all
your pages on a paid server
