Make the bullet image be part of the background image of the <li> tag, and
use a padding-right on the tag to push the content to the left....

But, the design requirements changed so the bullet needs to be on the
right now anyway. Since I still can't use a background image (they want a
gradient), I'll just have to insert an image tag after the text in each
list item. Such is life.
