Disable inherited styles for a DIV

Hello All...

I have a entire wepage that is completely dependent on predefined styles in a
style sheet (body, strong, p, li, etc...).

Now, I want to insert a DIV that will not inherit the predefined DIV's without
having to re-write a new style for that DIV.

Any ideas on how to achieve this?
