I have a page attached to a template. Often, when I try to change the code in an editable region (such as adding ColdFusion <cfif></cfif> or table>...</table>), I get an error message saying "Making this change would require changing code that is locked by a template or a translator. The change will be discarted.". Then, all the code I just wrote disappears. I can open the file in notepad and make the changes, and it then works fine in Dreamweaver, but this is very time consuming. Is there an easy solution to this problem? The editable region is a cell in a table on the template. I have the editable region defined to be everything INSIDE (but not including) the td and </td> tags. I have tried it including those tags, but I get the same error. Thanks, Tyler tylerh (AT) austin (DOT) utexas.edu (or tylerh111 (AT) mail (DOT) utexas.edu) |
