different scrollbar apearing IE 5.5 / 6.0

Hi,

I designed this site with many layers with Dw and IE 5.5
but I have a problem with horizontal scrollbars in IE 6.0
is it possible to position a layer to behave the same in both browsers ?

You have a layer on that page which is 938px wide, enough to give you

scroll bars on most peoples computers.

The guidlines for the maximum width of a page, to avoid scrollbars, is
approximately 720px-750px.

Funny thing is that by using frames, you make this issue of scrollbars

Then for goodness sakes, get rid of the frames.

Because its content exceeds the specified width of the browser's viewport.

Well im on 1024 x 768 and it still gives me scroll bars, simply becaisue
I dont surf around with the browser window maximised to full screen,
neither do most people, believe me.

i rearranged the site for proof an NO content element not even touches the
right side of the frame bur horrizontal scrollbars appear. but not in IE 5.5
!

does IE 6.0 not understand marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" as frame
attribute eventualy ?
