I am experiencing problems with the design view. It only shows the background and the table but it doesn't show what is in the table. And I want to make area maps with a picture within the website. |

| What happens if you change the src for one of your images from: src="../images/nav_bg.gif to src="images/nav_bg.gif |

Interesting. What's supposed to be in that beige colored table, some tex? Are you saying not only do you not see any images but you see no text either? I noticed you are using the dreaded 'Layout Mode'. Quite frankly I'm not surprised practically anything could happen if you continue to use this method. I have no experince of 'Layout Mode' so I dont really have any other ideas. Maybe someone whos studies it, just for the fun, can come up with a solution to your problem. Normally i don't use the layout mode but I have picture on the site that |

Normally i don't use the layout mode but I have picture on the site that when you got over it you have several links that point to information about the place lower on the page and I have some that work, these work Paramaribo, Galibi and Nickerie and the rest they do nothing. Maybe you can help me with that. |

Do you see those yellow </DIV> markers? That's Dreamweaver's way of telling you that your source code is not well formed. In this case it probably means you have the two closing </DIV> tags and no corresponding opening <DIV> tags. Fix that and things may start working. -- James M. Shook http://www.jshook.com |
