Default Design for Alternate Resolutions - 07-10-2004 , 08:14 AM

I've just developed my first simple site using Dreamweaver. I optimized it
for an 800x600 display. When I view it on a higher resolution, everything
appears left justified.

1. What is the best/correct way to create a site that can be viewed on all
resolutions, where it at least appears centered? .... and...

2. is it possible to design a site that will scale horizontally to any given
resolution (meaning always appear at 100% width)?

Thanks,
Russell Cox
