Danged cells won't behave!

I'm trying to get a couple of cells to align with a gif image in an
adjoining cell to create a smooth continuous border. This seems to look
right in Netscape but not in Explorer. Help! I've done all I can figure
but it's just not behaving! Here's the page:

You mean that round image with hand/keyboard?
If so, I suppose you could use a layer to place it in since your design
is left aligned and has fixed width.
Or look at the table tutorial in my sig.
