Dang table cells won't align!

I'm trying to get a couple of cells to align with a gif image in an
adjoining cell to create a smooth continuous border. This seems to look
right in Netscape but not in Explorer. Help! I've done all I can figure
but it's just not behaving! Here's the page:

I'm pretty new, but a 20 minute tutorial at

really helped me get my head around tables.

A quick fix, if I understand the look you're going for: In DW design mode,
select those small cells above and below your image. The ones along the right
table border that are transparent and showing the brown background. In the
properties window, if you change those cells to have a white background, they
match the white background behind the text and make a nice straight line down
the right border of the table. Don't forget to do the same to the cell your
image is in.

I'd definately check out the tutorial though. It's great.
