Customized layer.. user can change the layer size.

Dear all,

can we make our layer to b customizable for user to
enlarge or minimize it... i dun wan to use frame because many file to
manage.. so layer wil b my 1st choice....

Can you explain your question more, please? I do not understand what you
are asking.

"Layers" can be made any size you want, as can ordinary <div> tags, too.
