customized layer for user

Dear all,

thanks jojo for ur advice.. but i dunno reli how to use firework... isnt it
the tab we hav to draw by ourselves??

here i hav a question, can we make our layer to b customizable for user to
enlarge or minimize it... i dun wan to use frame because many file to
manage.. so layer wil b my 1st choice....
