With CSS:

http://www.google.com/search?q=style+forms+css
http://mako4css.com/cssforms.htm

The second site is
a) not me
b) very useful

Use the 'Open Browser Window' behavior to open a separate page with the
form in it. Create a link; Select the link; Window>Behaviors; click on
"+"; look for 'Oben Browser Window'.

What have you selected on the page's design view when you try to do this?

I think you could move the Location and Key Needs propmpts to the right of Types and Length. This way your page looks whole instead of cut off by the browser screen view.

thanks for that but i think that is the way the client has set it out so i
don't i can just change it , it relates to quota gender and age etc. Thanks
anyway, how else do you think it could be improved i hate the boxes with a
passion. Do you know how i can customise these?
