Default Custom window to fit image - 11-29-2004 , 07:04 AM

I am not very familar with javascript and I am trying to create a page with
multiple thumbnails and descriptions of images. What I want to happen is for a
viewer to click on the thumbnail and then for a new window to pop up and
display a larger version of the picture without any white space around the
picture. How can I get the new window to display just the jpeg picture?

Don't go to that site, you might never get in or out, many people have gone
missing whilst searching that site

Go to the MM exchange (http://www.macromedia.com/exchange) and search for
"Just So Picture Window" or "Picture Window Fever", two excellent
extensions
for DW that will do exactly what you want.

Pablo:

That is a personal opinion. The site has value. It's good to teach people
how to use it.

Don't get me wrong, the site is marvellous and has many fabulous tutorials,
I do go there often. I just find it a nightmare searching for extensions
though, it is very slow, in fact I just went there and searched for Open
Picture Window Fever I got the link and clicked and waited and waited for
something to happen, nothing did so I just closed the window. In the same
amount of time I could of gone to Google Search and downloaded a dozen
extensions. That's not an opinion it's a fact.

I went to the site, searched for Picture Window Fever, clicked on the
download link, and it came right down.

As I said, it's personal opinion/experience.

Go to hotscripts they have good documentation on how using their scripts.
