custom browser window size

is there a way to create a custom size browser window that opens when you lauch page?
for example, when you type in the web address a browser window opens at 760x448.
is there a way to create this?

Google it. I doubt anyone here is going to explain it. Point is, don't mess
with the EU's browser windows. It's their browser, not yours.

Make your website look OKAY in all viewports.
