Default CSS property behavior for WinIE - 02-01-2005 , 02:32 AM

Hi all,
Does anyone know why Dreamweaver MX 2004 reports the CSS property behavior as
unsupported by WinIE v 5.x through v 6.x? I have created a CSS-P driven
navigational menu with sub and sub-sub drop-down menus that utilises the hover
property for elements other than links. I have also employed the csshover.htc
command to enable WinIE to recongise the hover command on non linked items
through an external CSS page. The naviagional menu works fine when uploaded to
my website but fails to reveal sub or sub-sub menus or link colors on hover at
the local web server test. I am using ColdFusion web server and WinIE version
6 for testing. When testing locally in Firefox or Navigator or Opera the hover
function works fine, this is what leads me to believe that the problem with
WinIE failing to render the navigational menu correctly rests in Dreamweaver
and the callout warning that I get on the CSSP page. Does anybody know how to
fix this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.:confused;
