CSS panel "locked" ?

Hi all,

I've been working on a site for the last few days and all of a sudden I can no
longer drag my styles up and down in the style panel nor double click to rename
after duplicating. It's really frustrating and I've looked everywhere to try
and fix it. I don't know if i accidentally hit something that locked it. Does
anyone know how to fix this? I'm using Dreamweaver CS3

Can you see the styles or are they gone completely? Are you using templates?

No, not using templates, I can see the styles just fine, everything is working
fine. I just can't for some reason double click to rename something nor drag
them around like I was able to before. It is really strange.
