css order for links?

Truly appreciate the "lesson" on relative and absolute length units. Fyi, the
CSS 2 spec on W3C has this page that, I think, is what you all have been saying
about this: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/syndata.html. (See 4.3.2). Am I on
the right track? (Anyone know of any other references to this in the spec?)

Anyway, seems I had borrowed a CSS style sheet meant for an Intranet, who's
small community uses a single UA (IE6), on a single platform (W2K)!
