CSS IN NETSCAPE!!!

Can someone look at this page ( http://www.cadence-group.com/spotlight_temp.htm ) and tell me what's going on with these 2 issues.

1. There's a space at very bottom that separates the footer and the line at the bottom of the box. Why??? It looks good in IE and I've been trying to fix to no avail.

2. The title " Cadence Group® CEO Tina Baker quoted in recent EContent Magazine article" is supposed to be in red and 21px in size. Again, looks good in IE but doesn't hold any attributes in Netscape.

Please help.
