CSS Nav bar NEED HELP!

hi,
I am having a lot of trouble creating a horizontile nav bar using an unordered
list and the CSS float property. I have done this several times before with
any problems. But for some reason I can't get it to work this time. It looks
fine in DW 2004 MX Design view but when I test the page the unordered list and
the div that holds it are not picking up the designated properties. I have
rewritten the code several times but I keep having the same issue and I can't
figeur out why. I have posted with this problem before but I didn't have the
files on the web so I figeured I would try again...
