CSS issue with links

I'm creating a member based site with coldfusion... some of my pages are
displaying everything correctly whilst some will categorically not change all,
(hover, active, etc) link colors from the default blue and purple to my own
specific 990000. I have altered page properties, CSS style, pretty much
everything I can think of and it's displayed correctly in Dreamweaver design
view, yet upon upload goes back to the typical colors.

Any ideas?
