css file saving error

I'm facing problem in saving CSS file. My external css file is residing in my
css directory. Whenever i edit and save it dreamweaver shows denied error.

Then I've to wait till the file remove automatically which takes about 10 - 20
secs and then allow me to save as new file.

I wonder why dreamweaver not allow me to save simple css? This problem i'm
facing in dreamweaver MX as well as dreamweaver 8
