CSS file being ignored on Mac

I'm working on a site: www.foreverpalspetcremation.com The CSS works fine
on a PC with IE and Firefox. But when a friend previews it on a Mac, the CSS
file is totally ignored. HELP! The CSS is

Try using the link attribute...
