CSS drop down menu

Hello All I would like to redesign a menu on a site that I maintain. I would
like to take the long static menu and turn it into a drop down vertical menu
but all the tutorials I have seen and free menu makers aen't doing the trick -
can someone give me a REAL good tutorial or any suggestions? Thanks R

The first place I would look is ProjectVII. They're one of the leaders in
the business for these techniques.
