Default CSS class name problem - 07-01-2005 , 11:49 AM

This is an FYI to others: I noticed that a certain CSS class does not render
in my browser because it's name is "8point". I changed it to "pt8" and now it
works. Having it start with a number was the problem.

I'm working with IE6 and our web server is IIS6. Not sure what's causing the
problem; I'm quite certain it wasn't happening before. But before what??
Perhaps an update to IIS by our tech guy. Will check.

It's part of the CSS specification that class names can't start with a
numeral. So there's nothing to fix except your class names.
